GC Riverside Real Estate is a real estate investment and consulting firm concentrated on future-focused real estate investing based on data-driven acquisitions and future-oriented tenants.  

We serve a variety of investment clients, ranging from private investment groups to technology start-ups, covering all aspects of real estate investment including opportunity sourcing, market strategy, valuation, and asset management. 

Erik has over 10 years of real estate experience encompassing finance, investment, development, construction, and asset management of a variety of real estate asset types. 

While creating GC Riverside Real Estate, Erik works in data-driven deal sourcing at Quantierra Advisors, a data-aggregation brokerage platform that compiles real estate data to source deals for clients in New York City. His work focuses on industrial properties and retail repositioning strategies. 

Before joining Quantierra, Erik worked in healthcare real estate investment banking, working on over $200 million of transactions. He spent two years at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL)’s Empire State Building redevelopment team managing over $70 million of office and broadcast infrastructure work at the world-famous Empire State Building. Erik started his career at Toll Brothers Inc, overseeing development, construction, and sale of over 1,200 residential units and 125,000 square feet of retail in metro New York City. Projects included both ground-up construction and asset repositioning.
